She is an expert in facilitating behavioral change in leaders, teams and organizations.

In addition, Anneli has been a metaphysical scholar for over 20 years and is well respected for her work in the areas of leadership development and metaphysical education. She is the co-founder and president of the International Metaphysical Academy in Victoria BC, Canada (www.MetaphysicalAcademy.com).

The Academy’s purpose is to encourage independent thinking, provide new knowledge, self-evaluation and personal development. Anneli provides certified metaphysical training, coaching and mentoring for individuals and groups. She also trains and works with teachers and parents of specially gifted children, such as Indigo and Crystal Children. She conducts and facilitates public workshops, cutting-edge metaphysical graduate programs and speaks at seminars and conferences throughout the world.

Anneli is an instructor at the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia and has been an appointed faculty member of the University of Sedona, Arizona, and the University of Metaphysics since 2006. She is an ordained non-denominational metaphysical minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry. In 2008 she joined the International Institute of Spiritual Leadership headquartered in Nolanville, Texas, as an independent spiritual coach, facilitator and consultant.

Anneli recently served her second term as President of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation, which she founded in 1998.

Her book Spiritually-Based Leadership is a unique guide to assist individuals in accelerating personal and career performance by integrating divine principals as well as universal ethics rooted within most religious and spiritual traditions.
